3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

3️⃣ Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable shipping method.
4️⃣ Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refund Policy
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The refund amount does not include shipping fees paid at the time of purchase.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted if:
✔ The product is not in its original condition
✔ The item is missing accessories or packaging
✔ The return request was made after 14 days but within a reasonable time
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

5. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please:
✔ Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Provide photos or videos showing the damage.
✔ We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
❌ Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the product had free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost packages.
❌ We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
8. Customs & Duties (For International Orders in the Future)
- Currently, we only ship within the USA.
- If we expand to international shipping in the future, customers will be responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs fees.
