Refund Policy

BingoRealm accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, contact us at info@bingorealm.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with any original accessories, manuals, and packaging. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
